PURPOSE: To smoothly apply slurry by forming a slurry applying pipe from a rigid pipe body and arranging a discharge port supporting body for keeping the height formed by the top edge of the discharge port and the applying surface to a constant value, at the lower edge of the applying pipe.
CONSTITUTION: After a slurry applying device is lowered by a crane 63 until a discharge port supporting body 5 installed at a discharge port 4 is fixed onto an applying surface P, and slurry is allowed to flow down from a press feeding pump 61. When a slurry applying pipe 1 is swung by the vertical movement and undulation of the crane 63 itself, the vertical movement is absorbed by an expandable mechanism M which can be slid in the pipe axis direction, and the movement in the longitudinal direction can be absorbed by a joint J which can be freely turned and bent.
