Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to extend a maximum slurry force feed distance by opening a solenoid valve based on a signal transmitted from a sensor which detects the end of an extrusion process of a force feed piston and supplying a pressure gaseous body into a discharge port.
CONSTITUTION: There are installed a pressure gaseous body supply source, such as an air tank 11 and a piston type force feed device having a force feed piston 2 which forcibly extrudes slurry 601 into a discharge pipeline 6 by way of a discharge port 5. Then, a pressure gaseous body piping line 10 is installed, which connects the pressure gaseous body supply source to the discharge port 5. A solenoid valve 8 is provided on the way of the pressure gaseous body piping line 10. There is also provided a top dead center sensor of the force feed piston 2. The top dead center sensor is designed to detect the end of an extrusion process of the force feed piston 2 and open the solenoid valve 8 based on the detected signal. Then, the pressure gaseous body is supplied from the pressure gaseous body supply source into the discharge port 5, thereby transferring the slurry 601 extruded into the discharge pipeline 6 from the piston type force feed device to the tip of the discharge pipeline 6.
