Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classification/filtration method for a slurry liquid having rich behavior property, and enabling effective filtration work by eliminating the problems such as the accumulated storage of raw material in filtration means, and to provide a device therefor.SOLUTION: A slurry liquid classification/filtration device is provided with: a raw material transport mechanism 1 transporting raw material through two or more ducts; a filtration cylinder mechanism 3 supplying the raw material supplied in such a state as divided into two or more to a tubular path 6 which is formed by an outer cylinder member 4 and a tubular filtration member 5 disposed concentrically with the outer cylinder member 4; and inner and outer double scraper mechanisms 11, 18 slidingly contacting the outer surface of the tubular filtration member 5 rotating along the tubular path 6 and the inner surface of the outer cylinder member 4. The device is characterized by obtaining a filtered fluid including grains having a desired grain size or less by the tubular filtration member 5.
