Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slurry manufacturing equipment capable of easily fractionating even an addhesion mixture of harmful matter or liquid matter into inorganic matter and organic matter without generating an harmful matter-containing gas to manufacture a slurry.
SOLUTION: The slurry manufacturing equipment is equipped with a twin-screw crusher 140 for crushing the mixture 100 of the inorganic matter 3 and the organic matter 2 such as the coil 12 of a transformer 10, the element 21 of a condenser 20 or the like, a fractionation device 150 for charging the crushed mixture 1 in flowing water to fractionate the organic matter 2 from the mixture 1 along with water 4, a dehydrator 110 for dehydrating the organic matter 2 fractionated along with water 4, a crude slurry manufacturing device 121 for receiving the supply of the dehydrated organic matter 2 and water 4 in respective predetermined quantities and mixing the organic matter 2 and water 4 to manufacture a crude slurry 4, a ultrafine grinding mill 130 for finely grinding the organic matter in the crude slurry 4 to manufacture a fine particle slurry 5 and a storage tank 101 for storing the manufactured fine particle slurry 5 and equipped with stirring blades 101a for stirring the fine particle slurry 5.
