Abstract:
To provide such a neat appearance that normally a sheet material is in close contact with a transport pipe as much as possible, while slurry such as ready-mixed concrete is prevented from scattering by reducing the impact when the transport pipe bursts.SOLUTION: After a sheet material 3 is wrapped around a transport pipe 2 to cover it, the transport pipe 2 is fixed with fastening belts 5 at a plurality of locations spaced apart at regular intervals in the pipe axis direction. Fixing of the fastening belts 5 at this time is performed by a method/mode in which after forming a ring state C1 with a circumference sufficiently longer than the outer circumference of the transport pipe 2 and fixing it with a buckle portion 8, a part of the ring C1 is short-circuited to form a ring state C2 with a shorter circumferential length, and fixed with a binding band 11 so as to maintain this state. When a force is applied to the fastening belt 5 in this state in a direction to expand the diameter of the ring C2, when the fixed limit is exceeded, the binding band 11 breaks before being fixed by the buckle portion 8, and the diameter of the fastening belt 5 expands from the ring state C2 to the ring state C1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
