CONSTITUTION: Fixed blades 8a, 8b, 8c where the slurry in a cargo tank 3 is collided and stirred as the hull 1 is rolled and pitched while navigating in waves are projectingly fixed from pipes 12a, 12b, 12c for circulating the slurry. Slurry ejecting nozzles 11a, 11b, 11c making use of the fixed blades 8a, 8b, 8c are provided to cope with the case where the rolling and pitching of the hull is small, and the slurry through the nozzles are circulated through the respective pipes 12a, 12b,12c by a slurry pump 18 to suck the slurry from a bottom opening 19 of a well 7.
