To provide a small article from which bills and name cards can be handed over instantly, cleanly and safely outside since dried hands make it difficult to accurately and instantly count bills, leaving uneasiness after paying and since licked hands are unsanitary for counting, looking disgusting and unpleasant to others and the other party.

A non-skid drug or the like for fingertips is put in a recess of a thin transparent plastic and, the bottom of the recess and a corner of a billfold are fastened with a double coated adhesive tape that leaves no mark. Otherwise, a non-skid device of a card type that can be cut to a suitable size is inserted in a billfold or a name card case.
