To house tubular bodies of various sizes easily, by providing a holding wall on the inner periphery of a housing unit recessed on the side wall of a car interior, providing a holding member to maintain the holding width allowable to increase and decrease at both end sides of the holding wall, and holding a winding means to wind one end of the holding member to the housing unit.

A housing unit has a flange 122 extending from the upward surface 101 of an inner panel 10 to a side wall 102, and a housing part 121 is provided at the center of the flange 122. A small article such as a cup 14 is loaded from the upper opening 11 of the housing part 121. A part of the inner peripheral side wall of the housing part 121 is made in a holding wall 151 where the small article can be abutted, and a belt form holding member 18 held at the ends of the recessed grooves 17 at both long side walls 152 at both ends of the holding wall 151 is formed allowable to insert. And one end side of the holding member 18 is connected to a winding means 19 which can wind the holding member 18. When a cup 14 is loaded in such a way, the cup 14 is loaded near the holding wall 151, and the holding member 18 is wound up by an operating dial 23.
