The clip 3 can be stopped in two places of a state opened for 90° or larger and a state closed, wherein the clip is inserted inside a garment in the opened state and fixed in the closed state. In order to prevent the clip from slipping out of place after being fixed, a stopper 4 is installed both in the clip 3 and in the back of the bag body 1.
