To bake a baumkuchen easily by anybody at a usual home.

This small baumkuchen-baking machine for a home use is equipped with a rigidly installed frame which can be installed and used on the dinning table or cooking stand of a kitchen, a left and right pair of noodle rod-holding arms pivoted at the upper end part of a supporting rod standing from approximately middle part of the frame as capable of performing a reciprocal circular movement around a horizontal axial line, a horizontal one piece of noodle rod held by a bearing as freely rotatable at the front end part where the both holding arms extend by a set length from the middle part of the frame and a noodle rod-driving motor mounted at the holding arms for rotatively using the noodle rod, and setting for performing the coating of dough to the noodle rod and heating by installing/using a dough dish at the front half side of the installed frame and a heating tool at its rear half side, respectively, and by performing the reciprocal circular movement of the noodle rod-holding arms in the front and rear direction of the installed frame.
