A small boat includes engines 3, 4 mounted on a hull 2, a plurality of water jet propulsion units 5, 6 disposed on both sides of a longitudinal axis of the hull 2 and driven by the engines 3, 4, and a steering wheel 7 arranged to change jet directions of the water jet propulsion units 5, 6. The small boat further includes a steering angle sensor 20 arranged to detect a turning angle of the steering wheel 7, front and rear gravity sensors (turning state detection devices) 17, 18 arranged to detect a turning state of the hull 2, and a control device 14 to which the turning angle and the turning state of the hull 2 are input in order to control thrusts of the water jet propulsion units 5, 6 such that the turning state coincides with any one of a group of target steady turning radii R1-R3 corresponding to the turning angle of the steering wheel 7.
