Abstract:
To provide the small-bundle processor and an object medium detecting device which can securely count stacked small bundles.
A small-bundle counting unit is equipped with a counting sensor part 113 which outputs a signal needed to count small bundles stacked in a safe 83. The counting sensor part 113 has a 1st sensor S1 which detects a sealing band B1 sealing a small bundle at a 1st position and a 2nd sensor S2 which detects a sealing band B2 sealing the small bundle at a 2nd position. The light emission parts S1-1 and S2-1 of those 1st and 2nd sensors are arranged adjacently to each other between the light reception parts S1-2 and S2-2 of the 1st and 2nd sensors.
