To provide a small-diameter coaxial cable harness with a connection member which allows for high density wiring.
A plurality of small-diameter coaxial cables 12 each having a center conductor 21 and an outer conductor 23 exposed at an end are arranged in parallel, and a connection member 13 which can be inserted into a connector and withdrawn therefrom is connected to the end of the small-diameter coaxial cables 12. In such a small-diameter coaxial cable harness 11 with a connection member, the connection member 13 consists of a metal plate 31 and a flexible printed circuit board 32. A conductor circuit 42 is provided on one surface of the flexible printed circuit board 32, and the other surface of the flexible printed circuit board 32 is pasted to the metal plate 31. The outer conductor 23 of the small-diameter coaxial cables 12 is connected with the metal plate 31, the center conductor 21 of the small-diameter coaxial cables 12 is connected with the conductor circuit 42, and a part of the conductor circuit 42 is a contact 42b conducting with a connector 61.
