The cable is provided with a central conductor, an insulation coating formed at an outer periphery of the central conductor, and the shield conductor fitted at an outer periphery of the insulation coating. The insulation coating is structured of fluororesin selected from copolymerization of polytetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene-herafluoropropylene resin. The surface of the insulation coating is of a roughened surface with an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of 0.5 to 0.9 μm, a maximum height (Ry) of 5.0 to 9.0 μm, the number of concave having Ry per 100 μm>2.0 μm is not less than six, and the part where an average interval (S) of tiptop parts of convex parts satisfying: Ry per 100 μm>2.0 μm is not more than 18 μm assumes 70% or more of the total. The shield conductor is constituted of electroless and/or electrolytic metal plating.
