PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small door for food service, of an isolation room, the small door fully exhibiting soundproof performance and strength.SOLUTION: In a structure of a small door 1 for food service, of an isolation room in a psychiatric hospital, a frame and door of the small door are made of metal with rust-prevention performance, an air-tight material is interposed in a gap between the frame and the door to impart air-tightness, and a soundproof material is charged into the inside of the door to impart soundproof performance.
