PURPOSE: To enable the drilling of a side wall with a standard work attachment fitted by forming a lower construction body and an upper frame body as divided type, and turning the upper frame body relative to the lower construction body with an actuator.
CONSTITUTION: A lower construction body 15 and an upper frame body 18 are so formed as be separate from each other, and the upper frame body 18 is so constituted as to be capable of partially turning about a cylinder section 16, relative to the lower construction body 15 via a turning cylinder 22. In the aforesaid constitution, the upper frame body 18 is turned by an angle of βrelative to the lower construction body 15, and a swing cylinder 8 is operated for keeping the center line Q0 and Q'0 of a work attachment 10 in parallel to the center line P0 to P'0 of the lower construction body 15. As a result, the work attachment 10 can be offset to the side of the lower construction body 15, thereby enabling the drilling of a side wall.
