Abstract:
To facilitate instantanious stop in order to avoid collision with obstacles.
An accelerator lever 13 is provided, which can be gripped together with a hand grip 12A, a control means is provided, which can reversely accelerate a running motor in response to the operation of the accelerator lever 1 to the side of acceleration, and an emergency operation converting means is also provided, which operates the accelerator lever 13 to the side of deceleration corresponding with the case when the operation force of the accelerator lever 13 to the side of acceleration exceeds a set value.
