PURPOSE: To provide the titled device by advancing a truck to locate the hook fitted at arm under clamping member followed by turning lever to make the small lid open, then turning the lever in the reverse direction to close the lid followed by bringing the arm member downward while exerting pressure to ensure the lid to closely attach on the aperture.
CONSTITUTION: Truck 32 is advanced to locate hook 39 fitted at arm 38 under clamping member 42. Lever 36 is turned to put the hook 39 on arm member 29 to make small lid 27 open. Following that, the lever 36 is turned in the reverse direction to close said lid 27 followed by making the clamping member 42 descend to bring the arm member 29 downward while exerting pressure to make the small lid 27 attach firmly an aperture 26. On completion of the above operation, the clamping member 42 is made to ascend, then making the truck 32 retreat.
