To solve a problem, although a connector hitherto used for an ordinary electric apparatus has a magnet built in and usually has a space for a magnet with a size having enough attraction for connection or for a plurality of magnets to be built in, an extra-small one such as for connection of a cellphone and its charger has no such space for a magnet with enough magnetic attraction force to be built in.

The small connector is made provided with a plug receptacle main body 11 with an aperture dimple 12 formed, a magnet 13 fitted to the plug receptacle main body 11, magnetic plates 14 as well as receptacle-side contact members 15 made in contact with the magnet 13 and made to penetrate a bottom face 12a of the aperture dimple 12, leaf spring bodies 16 fixing the receptacle-side contact members 15, a plug main body with an insertion-coupling part set in protrusion, a suction board buried and exposed to the insertion-coupling part for contact with the magnetic plates 14, and plug-side contact members to be in contact with the receptacle-side contact members 15 exposed to the insertion-coupling part set in parallel with the suction board.
