Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds that inhibit tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)-induced necroptosis and are effective in treatment of conditions such as a neurodegenerative disease of the central or peripheral nervous system, the result of retinal neuronal cell death, the result of cell death of cardiac muscle, the result of cell death of cells of the immune system, stroke, and a liver disease.SOLUTION: There are provided 5-membered heterocyclic compounds having structures represented by formula (VI-A) or formula (VI-B).
