Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small size mounting which is light weight and cheap manufacturing cost and does not cause an interfacial peeling even in case of the usage under wet and heat condition.
SOLUTION: Rubber vibration insulator layer (2) is a small mounting that is placed between polyamide resin layers (1) of two layers, and also a small mounting that the above rubber vibration insulator layer (2) consists of the vulcanizate of rubber constituent which uses following (A)-(D) as an indispensable component and is adhering chemically with polyamide resin layer 1. (A) Rubber which has diene system rubber or a methylene group. (B) Vulcanizing agent. (C) Resorcinol system compound, (D) Melamine system resin.
