Abstract:
To increase the amount of discharge flow in a device having a diaphragm using a piezoelectric element.
A small pump is provided with a diaphragm 1 using a piezoelectric element and utilizing the variation of capacity in a pump chamber 2 caused by the diaphragm 1 driven by the piezoelectric element. A plurality of diaphragms 1, 1 face the chamber 2. The amount of discharge flow can be increased by operating the diaphragms 1, 1 in a cooperation manner.
