To obtain a power for operating an electrical machinery and apparatus such as a lighting unit lighting the inside of a cabinet without using a battery and a commercial power supply.

A belt 12 is stretched between a pinion 11 engaged with a rack 10 mounted on a drawer 1 and rotated and a shaft 21 for a power generating means 20. An electromotive force is generated by rotating and driving the shaft 21 for the power generating means 20 by the turning and driving of the pinion 11 engaged with the rack 10 by moving the drawer 1. The lighting unit 23 is lit by a power stored in a charging means 22, and the inside of the drawer 1 is lit. Alternately, a specified radio-wave signal is transmitted by a communication means 24. A solar cell 26 is fitted on the front section of the drawer 1 and may be used as a feed auxiliary means. An energy is utilized effectively because the power is obtained by using a force moving the drawer 1. A power rate can be economized and a reliability on an operation can be ensured because the lighting unit 23 and the communication means 24 are operated by using the power.
