Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform valve opening and closing in the operation of a pump and close the valve in stop operation by providing a valve housing with a groove communicating a pump chamber and a valve chamber of a diaphragm part, and forming a projecting part on a face to be kept into contact with a valve element of a diaphragm main body of a cylinder part.
SOLUTION: A projecting part 42 is formed on a face at a valve housing 40 side of a member for integrally fixing plural cylinders of a cylinder part 11 on a circumference. The force in a direction to open a discharge port 25 side (force to the outside of a cylindrical part) is applied to a valve element part 18 at all times for pressing a lower face 18e of the valve element part 18 of the diaphragm main body 14 by the projecting part 42 of the cylinder part 11. Whereby even when the valve element part 18 which is moved in a direction to open the valve by the operation of the small size pump, is fallen down inside when the operation of a small size pump is stopped the valve is returned by the force to the outside and the valve can be surely closed.
