Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the small sized antenna utilizing effectively an outer size of a card type portable radio equipment to the utmost by integrating an upper conductor plate and an insulation frame being components of a loop antenna of the small sized portable radio equipment.
SOLUTION: An outer surface of an insulation frame 23 made of a resin or the like is plated by a conductor and an upper conductor plate 24, short- circuit conductor parts 25 and a feeding conductor part 26 are provided on the frame 23. Then the two short-circuit conductor parts 25 are provided from the front side of the insulation frame 23 to the rear side in continuity with the upper conductor plate 24 and short-circuit points are formed by screw- fastening a lower conductor plate 21 to the short-circuit conductor parts 25. A feeding point is formed by screw-fastening the lower conductor plate 21 and a printed circuit board 22 with a radio circuit mounted thereon to the insulation frame 23 to make the feeding conductor part 26 formed to the insulation frame 23 in electric continuity with the printed circuit board 22. Since the short-circuit points and the feeding point are all formed to an outer side face of the insulation frame in this way, an aperture area of the antenna loop is increased.
