PURPOSE: To achieve a change of the backward and forward running direction easily without taking a difficult posture and improve the running performance by operating to change the direction of a drive wheel by a rotation operation of a seat to let the direction of the seat coincide with that of the drive wheel.
CONSTITUTION: A seat 2 is provided on an upper part of a frame 1 to be freely rotated around a vertical shaft core P1, and three or more caster wheels 3 are provided underneath the frame 1 for grounding and supporting the frame 1 stably. A drive wheel 5 for running is provided on a part of the frame surrounded by the caster wheels 3 to follow grounding and be operated for full turn, and it is interlocked to change the direction of the drive wheel 5 by rotation operation of the seat 2. In this constitution, by changing the direction of the seat 2 to the frame 1, the direction of the drive wheel 5 is also changed to be that of the seat, and the frame 1 advances in the direction where the seat 2 is directed, so a change of the backward and forward running direction can be achieved easily without taking a difficult posture, thereby the running performance can be improved.
