Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized heat radiation cooling device having a superior heat radiating characteristic in which a heat exchanging operation is carried out efficiently through a forced convection, by a structure integrally formed with a heat exchanger through a medium of heat pipe function.SOLUTION: A small-sized heat radiation cooling system 1 has a heat receiving region 9 of rectangular parallelpiped shape and through holes 2 for bringing a fluid into convection motion at its double shoulders 10a, 10b. The through holes 2 have a double structure including tubular inner walls 6 extending from the heat receiving region 9 forming inner pipe passages 3 and tubular outer walls 4 forming outer pipe passages 5 installed to enclose the tubular inner walls 6. Working fluid 12 is fed into the outer pipe passages 5, liquid circulating passages acting as heat pipes are formed at the outer circumferential surfaces of the tubular inner walls 6 and the inner circumferential surfaces of the tubular outer walls 4, the received heat is transmitted to the fluid in the inner pipe passages 3. The heated fluid dissipates heat through forced convection of a blowing and liquid feeding fan 17 operated through a magnetic resonance effect installed at one end of each of the through-pass holes 2. Along with this operation, fluid with cold heat is sucked from a funnel-like suction port 15 at the another end.
