Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized microphone assembly that is built in a main body of small-sized portable communication equipment such as a portable telephone set, where the assembly is built in only by being pressed into contact with an electrode part on a printed circuit board, the assemble work is simplified and the mounting space is made small by covering the surrounding of the small-sized microphone with a vibration proof rubber molding, by forming and fixing a conductive rubber contact onto an electrode face of the small-sized microphone main body and by integrating the microphone, the vibration proof rubber molding and the conductive rubber contact.
SOLUTION: A small-sized microphone assembly is composed of a small-sized condenser microphone main body 11, conductive rubber contacts 13, 14 and a vibration proof rubber molding 12 called as a bush. To mount the small-sized microphone assembly, the assembly work is completed only by being built in a small-sized communication equipment main body so that the conductive rubber contacts 13, 14 formed and fixed to an electrode face of the small-sized microphone main body 11 are pressed into contact with the electrode part on a printed circuit board.
