Abstract:
PURPOSE:To couple a pinion with a rotational shaft without applying unreasonable force to a bearing of a frame by providing the bearing at the outside from the pinion provided on a rotational shaft. CONSTITUTION:Since one bearing 22 is disposed at the outside from a pinion 20, the both ends of a rotational shaft 19 can be engaged with bearings 21, 22 and associated after a rotor 18 and the pinion 20 are press-fitted to the shaft 19. Therefore, the force of the pinion 20 at the press-fitting time to the shaft 19 is not applied to the bearings 20, 21. Accordingly, the bearings 20, 21 are not damaged, and the associated motor can smoothly operated. Since at least one side of the pinion 20 is exposed from the hole 25, a drive gear 28 can be engaged without fail.
