To easily determine dimensions of a transistor to form a small-sized power amplifier for a microwave circuit.
Grid buses of two adjacent transistors are connected via matching circuits 36, 37, 38 of the grids, drain arrays of the two adjacent transistors are connected via matching circuits 40, 41, 42 of drains, furthermore, the matching circuits of the grids are selected so that an input level with equivalent amplitude and phase is obtained in each transistor and the matching circuits of the drains are selected so that each transistor is provided with optimal impedance in electric power. Input of the amplifier exists on a grid bus of one transistor 31 at one end of serial connection of the transistors and output exists on a drain array of one transistor 34 at the other end of the serial connection of the transistors.
