Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized solenoid valve eliminating a pumping phenomenon in operation, and capable of attaining downsizing and low power consumption.SOLUTION: A valve body 12 is formed in a non-film manner, and attached to the tip of a stem 9. In a first valve chamber 15 of a valve body, provided is an annular first valve seat 13 on which the valve body 12 seats. A seal ring 11 is externally fitted to the stem 9 between the first valve chamber 15 and a solenoid plunger 6 so as to contact the outer peripheral part of the seal ring 11 to the inner surface of the valve body. The valve body 12 and the seal ring 11 are formed from a rubber-like polymer elastic body. A first port 17 communicates with the first valve chamber 15, and a second port 18 communicates with the inside of the first valve seat 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
