Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a small transformer and to reduce the number of parts by eliminating the operation of sticking a protective tape for insulation between a lead of a primary coil and a secondary coil.
SOLUTION: Steps 6a and 6b are formed on the inner wall of flanges 3 and 4 to make an insulation distance between a primary coil 7 and a secondary coil 13. A protrusion 16 with a tapered surface 16a on the step 6a on the side of a lead 7a of the primary coil 7 is formed. An end of an inter-layer isolation tape 14 is stood up on the tapered surface 16a and an edge 13b of the secondary coil 13 is positioned there. The edge 13b is recessed relatively inside to make a distance to the lead 7a on the primary side.
