At least one driving wheel 13 to be driven by a boss electric motor 12 is constituted free to separate from the boss electric motor 12 in a range of its wheel boss 16, and connection of the driving wheel 13 and the boss electric motor 12 can be carried out by connecting members 20a-20c on a small vehicle.
