To provide a small-volume low humidity work device capable of highly accurately controlling an indoor dew point to an arbitrary dew point by less energy, without complicating an operation of the device.
A dehumidification rotor 1 is divided into an adsorption zone 2, a purge zone 3 and a regeneration zone 4 in a rotational direction of the rotor, so that outside air is passed through the adsorption zone 2 while supplying a part of the air to a small-volume low humidity work space 5 of a supply destination and returning residual air to a first half adsorption zone by passing the air through a bypass passage having a flow controller communicated with a return air passage from the small-volume low humidity work space. Dew point temperature control in the small-volume low humidity work space 5 can be accurately controlled to an arbitrary dew point temperature with small energy consumption by combining regeneration temperature proportional control and bypass flow rate control.
