Abstract:
To provide a smart meter with which it is possible to effectively utilize a measuring pulse LED after field installation.SOLUTION: A smart meter 1 comprises: an electric power computation unit 17 for computing the amount of electric power on the basis of the voltage and current of an electric power system; a measuring pulse LED 12 for outputting a measuring pulse that is proportionate to the amount of electric power computed by the electric power computation unit 17; and a CPU 10 for causing the instrument information of the smart meter 1 to be outputted from the measuring pulse LED 12 when a switching command for switching from a measuring pulse output mode to an instrument information output mode is inputted from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
