CONSTITUTION: An SMC press molding and decorating method is constituted of a process placing transfer paper 1 obtained by printing patterns on a heat- resistant film good in releasability on a mold K and heating and pressing the same along with the SMC molding materials 5a, 5b, 5c laminated on the transfer paper 1, a process demolding a molded article after the curing of the SMC molding materials to peel the heat-resistant film and a process forming a transparent thermosetting resin layer on the surface of the molded article to cure the same.
