Title:
SMEAR DISPLAY DEVICE FOR OPTICAL FINDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06332038
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To recognize the generation of smear in a finder when the smear is generated at the time of photographing by providing a means for generating pseudo smear matched in the smear characteristic of the solid-state image pickup element in the way of the optical path of the finder.

CONSTITUTION: Light from an object is transmitted through a master lens 1 and branched by a half mirror 3, and a main ray transmitted through the half mirror 3 is image-formed on a CCD 7 through a focusing lens 2. On the other hand, the branched light reflected on the half mirror 3 is transmitted through a lens 10 and then, totally reflected on a mirror 4 so as to be guided in a direction parallel to the main ray. On the image forming position of a finder system between the lenses 5 and 8 on the optical path behind the mirror 4, a cross filter 6 for generating the pseudo smear matched in the smear characteristic of the CCD 7 is inserted, and when the brightness of the object is equal to or exceeding the prescribed one, a cross-shaped striation appears through grid- shaped lines engraved on the filter surface of the cross filter 6. Then, the generation of the smear is recognized by an inexpensive optical finder whose parts are reduced as compared with an electronic finder.
