Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress the generation of smoke in a quick acceleration by fixing a solenoid to a fuel increase control surface of a fuel injection pump housing, and linking one end of a start spring to an advance/retreat piece of the solenoid.

CONSTITUTION: In a fuel injection amount control device, a governor sleeve 7 is moved forward and backward following the opening and closing swaying of a governor weight W on a governor shaft 5, and its movement amount is transmitted to the control rack 9 of a fuel injection pump 3 through a governor lever 8. A thrust lever 10b in a fork lever 10 linked to the rack pin 9a of the rack 9 is enforced by a start spring 19, and thereby the rack 9 is enforced to the fuel increasing side R. In this case, a link 21 to fix one end of the start spring 19 is composed of an advance/retreat piece of a solenoid 22, and the solenoid 22 is controlled to advance its advance/retreat piece 21 to the fuel reducing side L when the engine rotation frequency exceeds a specific rotation frequency.
