PURPOSE: To obtain the subject soft, tasty and healthy beans highly excellent in preservability, also causing no hand dirt even if taken by hand by seasoning beans steamed with heated water with an aqueous seasoning and closing the resultant beans in a container followed by sterilization.
CONSTITUTION: Firstly, beans, esp. soybeans steamed with heated water are seasoned with an aqueous seasoning. Then, an excess aqueous seasoning on the surface layer of the seasoned beans is removed and the beans are put into a container such as a plastic bag and the container is closed. Finally, the beans in the closed container are sterilized to obtain the objective beans. The seasoning is pref. made in the aqueous seasoning at a temperatures between 15°C and the freezing point. And, it is recommended that the sterilization be made in the form of retort sterilization.
