Title:
SNAP FOR FISHING TACKLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3773811
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snap, one end portion of which the steel wire is wound around a thickness periphery of the steel wire and does not slip off from a lower ring section when the snap is in use.
SOLUTION: The snap 1 is formed with a steel wire 100 bent into a ring 1 which is divided into an upper ring section 2 and a lower ring section 3 by a part of the wire 100, and an end portion of the wire 100 in the lower ring section 3 is formed into a hook portion 8 which is hooked disengageably to the lower ring section 3. The steel wire 100 is formed with an upper curving section 2b, a lower curving section 3b, and a middle section 4 which extends across between the both bending sections approximately in the horizontal direction. An end portion 101a of the steel wire 100 directed downward from the upper curving section 2b is extended lower than the middle section 4, and is wound outside around the steel wire 100 of the lower curving section 2b, whereby the upper ring section 2 is formed. The end portion of the wire 100 extended upward from the lower curving section 3b is formed into the hook portion 8, and is disengageably hooked to a bent portion 6, whereby the lower ring section 3 is formed.
