Abstract:
To prevent leakage of water at a connecting part of a snap tap with a saddle and a water pipe.
A lightening part 28 larger than a water passing hole 30 in the axial direction and in the peripheral direction of a water pipe 12 is formed on an inner surface of a saddle. When external force works on the water pie 12 or a water supply pipe by ground displacement, stress is generated on a connecting part of a snap tap with the saddle and the water pipe 12, relative displacement is generated between them, but as the lightening part 28 is larger than the water passing hole 30, there is no trouble of a communicating property between the water passing hole 30 and the lightening part 28 being immediately cut off.
