PURPOSE: To obtain the snare stand whose arms are not too close to lugs arranged at the outer peripheral part of a drum by arranging the arms at specific intervals.
CONSTITUTION: The snare stand is provided with the four arms 1a-1d at almost 90° intervals. The arms 1a-1d are constructed similarly to conventional arms, arm covers 2a-2d made of rubber are fitted to the tips of the respective arms, and the structure of other parts is exactly the same with a conventional snare stand 10. When a drum with eight lugs per one snare stand having this structure is mounted, the arms 1a-1d are positioned in the centers C12, C34, C56, and C78 between the respective lugs at the outer peripheral part E and none of them is close to the lugs. Consequently, the drum can easily be positioned when mounted and even after the drum is mounted, the lugs cause no disturbance at the time of the tuning of tension, etc.
