Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution method on simplification and safety of working efficiency and security of the environmental pollution prevention, on the slip prevention for vehicles and the like.SOLUTION: A conventional basic technique on the slip prevention causes a time loss as a result of being technically impossible in vehicle running time operation, and is thus extremely difficult to quickly cope with a case of adaptation to a slip. Accordingly, a tire is made to be able to be automatically converted into a caterpillar at all times when a vehicle travels by the introduction of a snow caterpillar by the present invention constituted by a technique fundamentally different from the conventional technique as means for solving this problem, so that the problem is excellently solved.
