This snow cold supply system (10) includes a snow mountain pit (12) having a bottom wall provided with a water catchment port roughly at its center, a snow mountain (16) disposed on an upper part of the snow mountain pit as a cold energy supply source, a water catchment tank (20) disposed on a lower part of the snow mountain pit and communicated with the water catchment port, a raw water tank (22) disposed in adjacent to the snow mountain pit, and a number of water supply piping headers (14) disposed around the snow mountain pit, and a process for force-feeding the cold water obtained by heat exchange between water and snow by supplying the water to the snow mountain from the water supply piping headers to a heat exchanger through the water catchment tank and the raw water tank to exchange heat in the heat exchanger, and supplying the heat-exchanged water to the water supply piping headers is repeated to acquire the cold energy.
