To provide a snow and ice falling prevention structure which can prevent snow and ice from falling from a conduit pipe facility.

The snow and ice falling prevention structure is constructed for the piping facility composed of a managing bridge B constructed so as to cross an upper area of a traffic band such as a road, and a pipe body 10 supported by the managing bridge B and arranged along the same, in the following manner. That is, a snow proof sheet 22 is arranged from a top portion of the pipe body 10 as an upper most portion so as to extend diagonally downward on both lateral sides of the pipe body 10. Both side edges of the snow proof sheet 22 are fastened to handrails 14 of the managing bridge B. Further each handrail 14 of the managing bridge B has formed therein a gutter 23 communicating with a drain pipe 23a, and therefore water, snow, and ice falling from the snow proof sheet 22 are led to the gutter 23 and then discharged via the drain pipe 23a.
