To propose a new use as a snow-melting agent for utilizing fertilizer properties of fowl droppings.

The snow-melting agent contains 5 to 100% of the residue of the fowl droppings as a snow-melting agent composition by making dry distillation thermal decomposition within a range of temperature 300 to 850°C. The residue of the fowl droppings turned into a black color by carbonizing it to eliminate an odor contains carbon, nitrogen, phosphoic acid, potash, lime and a soil improvement agent for improving the soil of a field.
