PURPOSE: To turn the entire road surface made slippery after snow removal into a rough state, and to dispense with the separate installation of an auxiliary prime mover (auxiliary power source) such as a small engine to drive a snow melting liquid feeding out pump.
CONSTITUTION: When snow is removed by running a snow removing vehicle 1 and raking off the snow lying on a road surface with a blade 2, snow melting liquid in a snow melting liquid tank 3 is atomizedly jetted from the whole longitudinal area of the blade 2 backward through a snow melting liquid feeding out pump 4 and a snow melting liquid sprinkling nozzle 9, and on the other hand, the snow melting liquid sprinkling nozzle 9 moves followingly after the lateral movement of the blade 2 to turn the whole road surface made slippery after snow removal into a rough state. In addition, a hydraulic pump 12 is driven by a power source loaded on the snow removing vehicle 1 to drive a hydraulic motor 10, which drives the snow melting liquid feeding out pump 4. Thus an auxiliary power source (an auxiliary prime mover such as a small engine) to drive the snow melting liquid feeding out pump 4 need not be separately installed.
