Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow-melting system and others that do not require huge construction costs, do not generate vibration and noise due to excavation and other work, may be disseminated easily among general households and do not disturb the geological features.SOLUTION: A snow-melting system 1 comprises a snow-melting pipe 12 installed beneath a paved or other surface 10, an outgoing pipe 20a and an incoming pipe 20B connected to the snow-melting pipe 12, a circulation pump 24 installed on the incoming pipe 20B side, a steel pipe pile 30-1 having a plurality of slits of a prescribed form on the surface and installed underground, and an inner pipe 32 installed in the steel pipe pile 30-1 and connected to the outgoing pipe 20A and the incoming pipe 20B. Heat is exchanged between the geological heat in sediment W-1 that flows into the steel pipe pile 30-1 through the slits 34-1 and an antifreeze solution circulating in the inner pipe 32. By letting the antifreeze solution that takes in the geological heat circulate into the snow-melting pipe 12 from the incoming pipe 20B side, the geological heat is dissipated on the paved or other surface 10 for melting the snow accumulated on the paved or other surface 10.
