Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy step-in attachment and step-out detachment without holding a releasing lever in a specific position.
SOLUTION: This snowboard binding system is provided with boots and binding devices. Each of the binding devices includes a base member 640, rear binding members 644a and 644b, and a front binding member 642. The base member is provided with a front part and a rear part. The rear binding member is selectively engaged with rear locking parts 628a and 628b. The front binding member is provided with a front claw part 676 and the releasing lever 664. The front claw part is engaged movably with the front part in the base member. The releasing lever is engaged with the front claw part to move with it between a releasing position and a latching position. For holding the front claw part and the releasing lever in the releasing position and the latching position selectively, an index mechanism 670 is arranged.
