A hole through which a screw 21 for attaching a high back 20 is inserted is provided in the side wall part 4 of a baseplate 2 and a mounting hole 30 consisting of a longitudinally extending groove of a predetermined width, a longitudinally extending oblong hole bored in the center of the width of the groove, and a plurality of recess parts arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals on the upper and lower sides of the groove is provided in the inner side face of the front end portion 25 of the high back. A collar plate fitted into the groove is joined to a shank fitted into the oblong hole while having a screw hole in which the screw 21 is driven and a T shaped nut 40 formed when pawl pieces fitted into the recess parts is projected at positions on the upper and lower sides of the collar plate that deviate longitudinally from the center of the screw hole, each by a predetermined amount, are used as driving members for the screws 21.
